Pearl launches Indian distribution Hub to Improve Local Service

Pearl Polyurethane Systems, headquartered in Dubai, has undertaken a substantial expansion in its objective to cater to clients throughout the Indian subcontinent by establishing a distribution hub in Maharashtra, India.

By utilising locally stored goods, the hub will effectively reduce lead times and enhance service quality for Pearl's clientele. For the provision of high-quality service, the organisation considers proximity to clients to be critical. With an in-country sales force, a local presence, regional production, and locally stored materials, Pearl is able to connect with customers and provide the highest-quality polyurethane solutions. In a competitive market, Pearl's anti-cyclical growth strategy has demonstrated that human relationships are critical to the success of businesses in the PU sector and can serve as a differentiating factor, despite the fact that other companies in the industry are closing offices and reducing staff.

“We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new distribution hub in India, which will provide the type of personalised service and innovative PU-based solutions Pearl has become known for. As we react to the increased number of new client inquiries from this growing territory, our local team on the ground is well-positioned to provide world-class solutions to India-based clients and customise Pearl’s PU-based applications to suit local conditions.” The CEO of Pearl Polyurethane Systems, Martin Kruczinna, commented on the launch of the new hub.

Pearl recently incorporated this facility into its expanding chain of in-country establishments. The organisation holds the belief that by deviating from the prevailing practice of closing down physical locations, it will be able to establish a stronger rapport with its clientele and provide them with the most optimal polyurethane products tailored to their particular requirements.
