Omya Performance Polymer Distribution expands BASF Elastollan TPU partnership.

Omya Performance Polymer Distribution has been appointed the mutually exclusive distribution partner for Elastollan thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) by BASF across France, Switzerland, North Africa, Israel and the Middle East, effective July 1, 2026.

The expanded agreement strengthens the long-standing partnership between the two companies and supports Omya’s strategy to grow its high-performance polymers portfolio and regional market presence. It also builds on the established Elastollan® TPU business in the UK and Ireland managed through Distrupol, part of Omya Performance Polymer Distribution.

Known for its toughness, durability and processing versatility, Elastollan® TPU is widely used in automotive, industrial, consumer and electrical applications.
