Prigiv, a Givaudan-Privi Joint Venture, Opens its Mahad Fragrance Ingredients Factory

Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and beauty has announced the start of operations at the new Mahad Fragrance Ingredients facility, which is a crucial milestone of the joint venture with Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited (Privi), India's leading aroma chemicals producer.

Privi has a 51% equity position in the joint venture, with Givaudan owning the other 49%. The new factory will manufacture a diversified array of value-added products, with operations expected to scale up over the following two to three years.
