Kerry Dairy Ireland Set to Be Acquired by Kerry Co-Operative Creameries Limited

Kerry Group plc has announced an agreement with Kerry Co-Operative Creameries Limited to sell Kerry Dairy Holdings (Ireland) Limited to the Co-Op for a total expected consideration of €500 million. Kerry Dairy Ireland is wholly owned by Kerry Group.
Kerry Dairy Ireland encompasses two key divisions: Dairy Consumer Products and Dairy Ingredients. The Dairy Consumer Products division features a popular range of brands, including cheese, cheese snacks, dairy snacks, and dairy spreads, available in chilled cabinets across retailers in the UK and Ireland. The Dairy Ingredients division is a leading supplier of Irish dairy ingredients, offering functional dairy proteins, nutritional dairy bases, and cheese systems. It also includes the provision of related agribusiness products and services, supporting the broader dairy supply chain.
