Givaudan Partners with Brenntag
Brenntag has expanded its distribution agreement with Givaudan Active Beauty to include Australia and New Zealand, providing customers in the beauty and personal care industries with access to a portfolio of cosmetic actives and specialty ingredients.
The expansion builds on the companies’ existing collaboration across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, strengthening their presence in the Asia-Pacific market. Under the agreement, Brenntag will combine its local market expertise with Givaudan Active Beauty’s ingredient portfolio and technical capabilities.
Customers will also benefit from formulation support and customized solutions through Brenntag’s Innovation & Application Centers, helping accelerate product development and improve time to market.
