Kerry Opens New Regional Innovation Centre at Expo City Dubai

Kerry, a global leader in taste and nutrition solutions, has opened a new regional Innovation Centre at Expo City Dubai, UAE, on 4 November 2026. The centre aims to accelerate food innovation and support food and beverage companies across the Middle East.

The new facility brings together global expertise, consumer insights and advanced food technologies to develop products suited to local tastes. It helps companies reduce product development timelines from months to days.

The centre features shared kitchens, application laboratories and a sensory testing room. Customers can collaborate directly with Kerry's chefs and scientists to develop, test and improve new food and beverage products. It also uses proprietary AI-powered tools, including Kalaido and Nexus, to support product innovation and recipe formulation.

Kerry's global innovation network includes more than 1,300 scientists across 60 technology and innovation centres.
