Univar Solutions Acquires Interpur Chemicals, Expanding in the EMEA Region

Univar Solutions has acquired Interpur Chemicals, a European distributor of powder coatings and polyurethanes. The acquisition will fortify Univar Solutions' Ingredients + Specialities high-performance materials business and broaden its technical capabilities and regional presence in EMEA. Univar Solutions supplier and distribution network, in conjunction with Interpur Chemicals local market expertise, will provide customers with improved support in meeting formulation and performance requirements, better supply security, and easier access to materials.
