Univar Solutions Acquires H.M. Royal to Strengthen Presence in Rubber, Plastics, and Adhesive Additives Market in the United States

Univar Solutions LLC, a global distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals, has acquired H.M. Royal, a 101-year-old specialty distributor focused on rubber, plastics, and adhesive additives. The acquisition strengthens Univar Solutions’ Performance Materials business by expanding its specialty product portfolio, technical capabilities, and customer reach, particularly across the East and West Coasts where H.M. Royal has an established presence. Following the integration, H.M. Royal customers will benefit from Univar Solutions’ broader distribution network, logistics capabilities, and digital solutions, while continuing to receive technical support and industry expertise from H.M. Royal.
