TopBuild has Acquired Texas Insulation, Expanding its SPF Portfolio

TopBuild Corp. has announced its acquisition of Texas Insulation, a company that generates around $39 million in annual revenue. Texas Insulation operates in Dallas, Houston, and Austin, serving customers in the residential and light commercial markets. The company specializes in installing spray foam and fiberglass insulation.
Robert Buck, President and CEO of TopBuild, said, “Texas Insulation expands our spray foam capabilities in an important and growing geography, and further demonstrates our opportunities around making acquisitions in our core area of insulation. We are excited to welcome the Texas Insulation team and look forward to driving growth across the business.”
The company has acquired Insulation Works, a small insulation installer based in Arkansas, three months after a larger acquisition of Specialty Products Insulation was terminated due to regulatory issues.
