Synergy Flavours strengthens its Brazilian presence with the acquisition of Solutaste

Synergy Flavours Inc., part of the Carbery Group, has acquired Solutaste, a Brazilian firm that manufactures and distributes flavours and components. Synergy's second acquisition in Brazil expands the company's footprint in South America's food and beverage sector.

Synergy and Carbery Group operate facilities in eight countries, including Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Italy, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, and produce flavours, dairy, and nutritional ingredients for more than 50 markets worldwide.

Synergy Flavours Brazil's General Manager, Paulo Reis, stated, "Solutaste shares our passion for quality, creativity, and sensory excellence." With this collaboration, we hope to strengthen our presence in Brazil, broaden our portfolio of solutions, and gain even more agility in serving our clients and partners.
