Streamline Automation revolutionises Rampf tool board with intricate designs

Rampf and Streamline Automation have teamed up to manufacture a highly detailed model of a Corinthian capital. Streamline, which specialises in 3D CNC fabrication, used PU styling board from Rampf to make the capital.

Streamline used its Frogmill 4-axis CNC router to create the large, intricate piece. The company said it combines industrial strength with high precision and quality, with the fourth axis offering index cutting capabilities to create full 3D carvings from a single piece.

The lightweight board, Raku Tool SB-0096, is said to be easy to shape and have good surface quality. It also has good resistance to both heat and organic solvents.

“We collaborate closely with our clients to elevate their production processes, products, and businesses to new heights,” said Norm Eaton, Streamline’s president. “As an artist, fabricator or designer, you aspire to create art without limitations imposed by materials, technology, or cost. The collaboration with Rampf is a prime example of how this ideal can be achieved.”
