SINOYQX, a leading innovator in melamine-based polymeric materials, has announced the launch of its new Aerogel–Melamine Foam Thermal Insulation Roll. This advanced composite combines ultra-low thermal conductivity, inherent flame resistance, and exceptional flexibility in a lightweight design. The new material establishes a new standard for high-performance flexible insulation solutions across the energy, mobility, and aerospace sectors.
Developed using proprietary aerogel-infiltration composite technology, the SINOYQX Aerogel–Melamine Foam Roll delivers outstanding thermal performance with a conductivity of ≤ 0.016 W/m·K approaching that of vacuum insulation panels (VIP) while retaining full mechanical flexibility and easy processability. It supports continuous operation from –200 °C to +300 °C, withstands peak temperatures up to 350 °C, and complies with UL94 V-0, EN 45545, and GB 8624 B1 fire safety standards.
King Yazer, Marketing Director at SINOYQX, said, “Traditional insulation materials force engineers to choose between performance and manufacturability. Our Aerogel–Melamine Foam Thermal Insulation Roll delivers both VIP-level thermal efficiency with the design flexibility of a soft, cuttable, and laminatable roll. It’s built for the next generation of clean energy and lightweight systems.”
Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIPs) are known for their extremely low thermal conductivity, but their fragility, rigidity, and high cost often limit practical applications. SINOYQX’s new Aerogel–Melamine Foam Roll addresses these challenges by delivering VIP-like performance (λ ≈ 0.016 W/m·K) in a flexible, cuttable, and high-temperature-resistant form. Designed for long-term use in dynamic or curved environments, it offers exceptional insulation efficiency along with superior mechanical adaptability.
The material’s multi-layer compatibility allows it to be laminated with aluminum foil, nonwoven fabrics, or fireproof films, creating multifunctional thermal-acoustic composite systems that serve a wide range of industrial and transportation applications.
