Serta Simmons Bedding has launched a range of bed-in-a-box mattresses. The Serta Perfect Day Mattress in a Box collection is designed by the company to provide zoned support at "compelling" prices. The mattresses are made with layers of cushioning foam and breathable materials. The company’s signature three-zoned body support system gives enhanced lower back support.
The mattresses are made in the US with global components. At level 1, a 7” firm entry-level model costs $199 for a queen mattress, while the same size of level-four 16” plush pillow top product costs $1099.
“Perfect Day represents the spot between performance, value and convenience,” said Mitch Willingham, SSB’s SVP of brand marketing. “Whether it’s a guest room upgrade or a first mattress out of college, consumers want reliable comfort from a brand they trust – and Perfect Day delivers exactly that in a box.”
The collection includes four comfort tiers. All levels include PillowSoft Aire material, and all bar the lowest level include Serta Foam layers. Levels three and four include antimicrobial protection, and level four also uses Cool Twist gel memory foam and CoolFeel technology to give better pressure relief and temperature regulation.
