Saint-Gobain Completes Fosroc Acquisition

Saint-Gobain has finalized the acquisition of FOSROC, a global leader in construction chemicals, strengthening its presence in India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. The deal was announced on June 27, 2024.
This move further strengthens Saint-Gobain’s global footprint in construction chemicals. With the addition of FOSROC, the segment’s pro forma sales will reach €6.5 billion across 76 countries.
FOSROC has generated around $487 million in revenue for 2024, maintaining an average annual growth rate of 11% since 2021. With 20 manufacturing plants and a workforce of around 3,000, the company delivers comprehensive construction solutions, including concrete and cement additives, adhesives, sealants, waterproofing, repair solutions, and flooring systems.
This acquisition reinforces Saint-Gobain’s position in fast-growing markets like India and the Middle East, expanding its footprint in the construction chemicals sector. It aligns with the Group’s vision to drive innovation and sustainability, cementing its leadership in light and eco-friendly construction worldwide.
