RECARO Expands Aircraft Seating Facility in Poland

RECARO Aircraft Seating, is expanding its Świebodzin, Poland facility, with completion planned for Q3 2026. Announced under the company’s space2grow initiative and marking 20 years since the site’s opening, the expansion reflects RECARO Aircraft Seating Polska’s response to continued industry growth.
The project reinforces RECARO’s “in the region for the region” strategy, underscoring its long-term commitment to the local community through infrastructure investment and job growth. The expansion is designed to meet rising market demand, evolving customer expectations, and future supply chain requirements.
Production and logistics areas will be doubled to nearly 18,000 square meters, while office space will more than double to almost 5,000 square meters, creating a modern work environment and enhancing employee wellbeing.
The site will also introduce advanced technologies, including an automated warehouse system to improve material accuracy and manufacturing efficiency. Intelligent space management will optimize warehouse layout, reduce operating costs, and provide greater flexibility to respond to changing order volumes and customer needs.
