RAMPF Acquires the Chinese Mixing and Dispensing Specialist HGIT
The RAMPF Group acquired HGIT Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., a leading specialist in mixing and dispensing systems situated in China. The acquisition significantly broadens RAMPF's product portfolio and global service capabilities, enhancing its capacity to provide tailored bonding, potting, and sealing solutions for reactive resin systems based on polyurethane, silicone, and epoxy.

The new firm will operate under the name RAMPF Dispensing Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Hannah Han will continue to oversee the organization as CEO.

HGIT Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was created in 2003 and currently employs 90 employees. Its acquisition by RAMPF further strengthens the Group’s global leadership in mixing and dispensing technology for processing single- and multi-component reactive resins, complemented by customized automation solutions for handling, heat treatment, assembly, joining, logistics, and quality assurance.
