Plexus®, a global leader in high‑performance structural adhesives, has launched three new thermomechanical polyurethane adhesives—DT2325, DT2430 and DT2630LD. These products are designed to help engineers address rising thermal and mechanical stresses in modern assemblies by combining strong structural bonding with effective thermal management in a single material.
The new formulations are engineered to handle heat, vibration and impact, while maintaining stable thermal performance across a wide temperature range. By integrating durability with heat control, they function as both a bonding solution and a performance‑enhancing component within the system.
Key features include:
Tough, flexible structural performance
Ability to relieve stress during temperature changes
Controlled heat dissipation without becoming brittle
Low VOC and low odour
UL94 V‑0 fire safety rating
High electrical insulation strength
Suitable for both cartridge and bulk dispensing systems
