PCC Rokita Announces Force Majeure Due to Feedstock Supply Disruption

PCC Rokita SA has declared force majeure following a critical disruption in feedstock supply. The company’s Polyols Division notified customers that it is experiencing severe constraints in raw material availability after its primary supplier, ORLEN S.A., also declared force majeure earlier this week.

As a result, PCC Rokita has been compelled to significantly scale back production and will not be able to meet previously confirmed March orders as scheduled. The situation has been further aggravated by multiple refinery shutdowns announced this month, which have sharply reduced spot availability of the required feedstock in an already tight market.

PCC Rokita is among the leading chemical manufacturers in Poland and Europe, with a diverse portfolio that includes chlor-alkali products, polyether polyols, polyalkylene glycols, and phosphorus derivatives, catering to a wide range of industries both regionally and globally.
