Nestlé is expanding its dessert innovation range with the introduction of Carnation Pistachio Flavour Drizzle, a premium dessert sauce that combines roasted pistachio flavour with creamy condensed milk.

The new addition is designed to be versatile, appealing to both professional bakers and home dessert fans looking to add a rich, nutty flavour to their creations.

The Pistachio Flavour Drizzle can be used in a variety of sweet applications, including drizzling over pancakes, cheesecakes, and ice cream sundaes, as well as dipping sauce for churros or fruit salads.

It also works well with beverages, providing an easy method to upgrade frappes, lattes, and milkshakes with artistic swirls that appeal to visually orientated customers.

Danielle McAreavey, Head of Marketing for Carnation UK & Ireland, stated that the product combines convenience and creativity.

"We're thrilled that our popular Carnation Drizzle collection is expanding to include pistachios for UK customers. The drizzle range is so quick and simple to apply that you'll be able to impress your guests and family every time."

She also mentioned that she prefers putting a drizzle to latte mugs at home for a delicious and attractive touch.

The drizzle is packaged in a multi-serve squeezy bottle for simplicity of usage and amount control, making it ideal for busy kitchens and cafés looking to speed dessert preparation while maintaining quality.

The new product complements Carnation's existing drizzle flavours of caramel, chocolate fudge, and classic condensed milk, reinforcing the brand's position as a dessert innovation leader.

The debut also coincides with an increase in consumer demand for pistachio-flavored items, which have grown significantly in popularity across the UK.

Waitrose has reported a 500% year-on-year growth in internet searches for "pistachio," and Mordor Intelligence expects the worldwide pistachio industry to reach $7.16 billion by 2030.

Carnation Pistachio Flavour Drizzle will be available from B&M, Home Bargains, and Amazon in mid-October.

Carnation, founded in 1899 and acquired by Nestlé in 1984, is constantly evolving its dessert options, most recently working with the Food Network to commemorate traditional recipes that bring families together.
