Mipa Group Expansion in Benelux with New Belgium Subsidiary

The Mipa Group is advancing its international growth strategy with a stronger focus on Western Europe. On 1 September 2025, its subsidiary Mipa Nederland B.V. acquired the automotive paint and dealer business of long-standing Belgian importer B-Coat BVBA. Moving forward, the operations will continue under the name Mipa Belgium.

B-Coat has been a trusted distribution partner of the Mipa Group in Belgium for many years and has played a key role in the successful distribution of Mipa products across the region.

With the establishment of Mipa Belgium, we are laying the foundation for an even stronger market presence in Belgium and ensuring continuity for our customers and partners. At the same time, we are bringing the organisation in the Benelux countries even closer together, creating structures that better reflect the realities of the market. This will enable us to make better use of synergies and offer our customers throughout the region an even stronger service.

Belgian customers will continue to benefit from reliable service, as the Bornem site and much of the experienced team remain in place. Familiar contacts ensure continuity and high-quality support while opening opportunities to expand the product range and market activities.
