French flavour and fragrance group Mane has announced the acquisition of Fromatech Ingredients B.V., a Netherlands-based international flavour specialist, as part of its strategy to strengthen its global capabilities in taste solutions. The move aligns with Mane’s ambition to expand its footprint in the food and beverage ingredients sector and enhance its innovation-driven portfolio.
Founded in 1995, Fromatech has developed a strong presence across global markets, supplying flavour solutions to more than 70 countries and serving diverse applications such as bakery, beverages, dairy, confectionery and savoury products. The company is recognised for its tailored flavour development, in-house research and customer-centric approach, which complements Mane’s existing expertise in sensory solutions.
Through this acquisition, Mane aims to leverage Fromatech’s technical know-how, flexible production capabilities and established customer relationships to reinforce its position in the competitive flavour industry. The integration is expected to create synergies in research and development, broaden product offerings, and improve responsiveness to evolving consumer preferences, particularly in natural and customised flavour profiles.
