Lallemand, through its Lallemand Speciality Cultures business unit, is happy to announce the purchase of the IFF meat cultures portfolio, which will enhance its offering.

This strategic purchase strengthens Lallemand Speciality Cultures' commitment to developing speciality cultures for food applications and expands the company's capabilities to serve the food sector globally.

Lallemand Speciality Cultures draws on 60 years of experience in meat cultures to combine strong capabilities in production, applications, innovation, and customer collaboration.

The enlarged portfolio adds additional know-how and a broader range of microorganism-based solutions, such as Texel® starter and surface cultures, as well as bioprotective cultures, enhancing the company's capacity to meet a variety of meat application needs.
