Krahn Chemie has expanded its cooperation with Lamberti, a global manufacturer of specialised chemicals, to distribute the "Esacote" product line in Germany and Austria. The Hamburg-based distributor will add Lamberti's binders in its portfolio beginning in January 2026, thereby strengthening its offering for the paints and coatings sector.

The product line includes bio-based binders, polyurethane dispersions, and modified acrylate emulsions for high-performance applications such as industrial coatings, wood coatings, adhesives, textile coatings, and decorative paint. Their adaptability allows for the development of long-lasting, low-VOC, and environmentally friendly goods.

Prioritise sustainable and high-performance binders

The increased relationship reflects the company's commitment to providing sustainable solutions. The binders meet rising demand for environmentally friendly products in the coatings and adhesives industries. Lamberti's binders contribute to the creation of future-oriented formulations by answering industrial demands for durability and low environmental impact.

Karlheinz Schuster, Managing Director of Krahn Chemie Deutschland, said, "We are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Lamberti, building on our successful alliance since late 2024. Lamberti's high-quality materials, along with our technical experience and laboratory services, enable us to provide customised solutions that meet our customers' sustainability and performance criteria.

In addition to the binders, the distribution company handles Lamberti's polymer beads, expanding its range for coatings applications.
