Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced today that it has sold Huntsman Gomet, based in Azeglio, Italy, to Trelleborg Group for €42.5 million (roughly $50 million), subject to standard post-closing adjustments. Gomet is a maker of moulded rubber and thermoplastic automotive aftermarket components that was previously part of Huntsman's Polyurethanes division and was bought by Huntsman in 2014 as part of the Rockwood acquisition.
