Henkel Finalizes Acquisition of Not Your Mother’s Hair Care Brand

Henkel has completed its previously announced acquisition of “Not Your Mother’s” (NYM), a leading hair care and styling brand in North America. With a shared focus on innovation and consumer-centric values, the combined organisation aims to expand its portfolio of trend-driven brands and support long-term growth.

The brand’s consumer-driven innovation strategy has contributed to the strong performance of key product lines such as Clean Freak®, Curl Talk®, Beach Babe®, Plump for Joy® and All Eyes on Me®.
The acquisition marks another significant step in Henkel’s purposeful growth strategy and further strengthens the company’s position in the hair care segment, one of the key categories within its Consumer Brands business.
