Givaudan opens a new White Biotechnology Innovation Centre in Toulouse, France

Givaudan, a global pioneer in fragrance and beauty, is pleased to announce the opening of its new White Biotechnology Innovation Centre (BIC) in Toulouse. This cutting-edge facility increases Givaudan's capabilities by increasing research and development and speeding the production of high-precision beauty ingredients. Positioned inside Givaudan's biotechnology R&D and innovation ecosystem, the location will collaborate with the other facilities in Orsay and Pomacle.
Givaudan Active Beauty imagines, designs, and manufactures distinctive molecules that customers like, utilising biotechnology to achieve outstanding results. The BIC in Toulouse will include cutting-edge laboratories that combine Givaudan's expertise in white biotechnology, such as a dedicated fermentation lab and biocatalysis development area. New scientific concepts can be effectively scaled up and converted into next-generation chemicals.
