Galloway Company, a national leader in cream liqueur and dairy-based beverage innovation, has created a revolutionary Acidified Cream Liqueur foundation, the first of its kind to tolerate harsh, acidic flavours without curdling. Galloway Company's Acidified Cream Liqueur base overcomes this obstacle with a patented protein stabilisation technique that does not require chemical stabilisers or additional components. The end product is a smooth, stable cream liqueur that retains the inherent brightness of fruit and citrus while keeping a clean dairy flavour profile.
