Elektroteks is Making Waves in India with Their Expanded Product Range

Elektroteks, a Turkish mattress machinery manufacturer, has expanded its line of equipment for the Indian market by introducing two new models: the Orion high-speed horizontal CNC contour cutting machine and the Vesta automated hot-melt PU roll coat mattress and foam lamination system. Both lines are Industry 4.0 compatible, reducing raw material consumption, increasing productivity, improving quality, and lowering labour costs.

Elektroteks announced plans to increase its presence in the Indian market, where it is already growing at a 30% annual rate. Elektroteks already has customers in India, with over 100 installations in the mattress and PU industry. The company aims to expand further in the Indian market, which is growing at a 30% annual rate. “The Indian market is one of the biggest foam producers in the world with varying customer preferences on the machinery and automation needs,” said Dhruvin Patel, the company’s global sales manager. “With new models and new technologies, we intend to maximise our reach to all sizes of producers from small to big corporations.”

“Our machines are competitively priced considering the advanced features, reliability, and performance,” Patel said. “While they may not be the cheapest option in the market, they provide excellent value for the investment in terms of long-term durability, efficiency, and productivity gains.”
