Edlong Invests $10 Million to Expand Dairy Taste Technology Capabilities with New Operations Center

Edlong Corporation, a global leader in dairy taste technologies, has announced a $10 million investment initiative to strengthen its innovation capabilities and expand its corporate campus in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The strategic investment is designed to accelerate product development, improve operational efficiency, and reinforce the company's position as a leading partner for food and beverage manufacturers seeking authentic dairy taste solutions.

The first phase of the investment includes the construction of a state-of-the-art Operations Center, which will serve as a central hub for logistics, manufacturing excellence, and dairy flavor innovation. The expansion will add approximately 35,000 square feet of modern infrastructure, including enhanced warehousing capacity and space to accommodate future business growth while supporting increasing customer demand.

The second phase of the project, scheduled to begin in mid-2027, will focus on modernizing Edlong's Customer Innovation Center. Planned upgrades include advanced research and pilot facilities, flavor and application laboratories, and a culinary kitchen, enabling closer collaboration with customers and faster development of innovative food and beverage solutions.

According to the company, the investment supports its long-term "Cow to Wow" Dairy Taste Technologies platform, which helps manufacturers transform authentic dairy flavors into differentiated consumer products. The initiative is expected to enhance customer responsiveness, accelerate innovation, and strengthen Edlong's ability to address evolving market needs across dairy beverages, dairy foods, snacks, seasonings, sauces, and dressings.

Construction will be carried out in phases to ensure uninterrupted operations and supply continuity for customers worldwide.
