Döhler Group has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art production plant in the State of Mexico, marking a significant step in its growth strategy across Latin America. Officially opened on 27 July 2026, the facility is located in the Arco 57 Industrial Park in San Francisco Soyaniquilpan de Juárez and will serve as a strategic hub for science, technology, and the production of natural ingredients and integrated solutions.

The plant will manufacture flavours and ingredient systems for the food, beverage, life science and nutrition industries, supporting growing demand for cleaner-label products and naturally sourced ingredients. The investment is designed to bring production and technical capabilities closer to customers in Mexico and other Latin American markets, enabling faster response times, improved delivery efficiency and more tailored product development.

Advanced analytical laboratories and specialised technical capabilities will support quality control, efficient production and the development of solutions aligned with regional customer requirements. Döhler also plans a second phase of expansion at the site, which will include new facilities dedicated to natural colour production, further increasing its manufacturing capabilities in Mexico.

The company expects the use of local raw materials and development of regional supply chains to strengthen its regional presence and supply resilience. The investment highlights Mexico’s growing importance within Döhler’s long-term expansion strategy and strengthens the company’s ability to serve the rapidly evolving food, beverage and life science markets across Latin America.
