Delta Coatings Launches New Dubai Facility to Triple Manufacturing Capacity

Delta Coatings International, a leading manufacturer of polyurethane-based protective coatings and waterproofing solutions, has announced the groundbreaking of its new integrated headquarters and production facility in Dubai Industrial City. The development marks a major milestone in the company’s growth strategy, with the new site set to triple manufacturing capacity and significantly expand operational capabilities.

The facility, covering over 8,000 square meters, is expected to be fully operational by December 2025. Once completed, it will also double the company’s warehouse space, improving storage efficiency and supply chain responsiveness across its key markets in the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.

The new premises will include a Graco-authorised training and equipment centre to support industry professionals with best-in-class application knowledge and equipment support. It will also house a fully equipped research and development laboratory aimed at driving innovation in high-performance, environmentally responsible polyurethane systems. In line with Delta Coatings’ commitment to sustainability, the facility will feature rooftop solar panels to power key operations, reducing the site’s overall carbon footprint.
