COIM USA, a member of the global COIM Group, is acquires a 20-acre property in New Boston, Texas (Texarkana Region) from Palmer International. The newly acquired site includes existing logistics infrastructure and will serve as the foundation for a new renewable polyol product line. This innovative line uses Cashew Nutshell Liquid (CNSL), a rapidly renewable raw material. It will complement COIM’s established Isoexter range of polyester polyols, enabling the company to meet evolving market demand.

As part of its long-term growth strategy, COIM also plans to expand operations at the site, targeting an additional 100 million pounds of production capacity for future product lines by mid-2027.

“This acquisition represents a significant milestone in COIM USA’s long-term growth strategy,” said Michelangelo Cavallo, President of COIM USA. He further commented: “The New Boston location broadens our geographic reach, expands our sustainable portfolio, and enhances COIM USA’s ability to serve customers with greater speed, efficiency, and resiliency.”

The new site will create operational synergies by enhancing COIM USA’s current product portfolio with innovative, sustainable materials. The planned expansion will also deliver geographic efficiencies and operational redundancy to ensure consistent service and supply reliability for customers across North America.
