COIM SPA and Manali Petrochemicals Form an Agreement to Acquire Notedome Ltd.

COIM SPA, a leading company working towards the development and production of speciality chemicals since 1962, has reached an initial agreement with Manali Petrochemicals Ltd to acquire Notedome, a key polyurethane systems company based in the UK that specialises in the elastomer sector.

With this strategic acquisition, COIM strengthens its international presence in the polyurethane systems sector and further expands its product and service capabilities in key European markets.

COIM and MPL will finalize and execute a binding Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), under which COIM will acquire 100% of the share capital of Notedome Ltd from MPL's subsidiary, AMCHEM (Singapore). Coim stated that additional information will be furnished upon the signing of the definitive agreement.
