Celanese to Increase Prices for Engineered Materials

Celanese Corporation, a global speciality materials and chemicals company, has announced price increases for its ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and polyoxymethylene (POM) products, citing recent market developments and disruptions across global supply chains.

The revised prices will apply to all shipments made on or after October 8, 2026, or as permitted under existing contracts. Certain product grades may be subject to larger increases than those outlined below.
