Domfoam, a foam manufacturer based in Montreal, Canada, is set to purchase Foamco Industries. This signifies the company's expansion into the larger Toronto area and the wider Ontario market. Domfoam produces polyurethane foam products at three manufacturing plants located in Québec.

The acquisition of Foamco includes the addition of two additional locations. The company stated that the agreement will enable them to provide expedited delivery services within the entire province of Ontario.

“This strategic move allows us to extend our reach and provide superior service to a broader market, meeting the growing demand for our products,” said CEO Jonathan Pomerantz. “Our increased capabilities would allow us to meet the diverse needs of our consumers more effectively, delivering high-quality foam products with greater efficiency"
