Brenntag Opens Nutrition Innovation and Application Center in Jakarta
The New Innovation & Application Center offers technical expertise and application support to customers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia in beverages, dairy, specialised nutrition, and plant-based products.
The facility enhances collaboration across the nutrition value chain, supporting the faster development of market-ready solutions.
Brenntag, a global leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, has opened a new Nutrition Innovation & Application Center in Jakarta, Indonesia. The facility will help food and beverage manufacturers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia through localised technical support, application development, and product innovation.
Located at The Gallery CIBIS Park in Jakarta, the centre provides formulation development, application testing, laboratory analysis, pilot-scale production, and technical training for food and beverage manufacturers. Its UHT pilot plant allows customers and supplier partners to test, validate, and optimise new product concepts before commercial launch. As one of Brenntag’s 31 Nutrition Innovation & Application Centres worldwide, the facility combines local expertise with the company’s global technical capabilities.

Backed by a dedicated team of technical and application experts, the centre supports customers across diverse nutrition segments, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bakery, confectionery, convenience foods, dairy, meat, poultry and seafood processing, nutraceuticals, sauces and condiments, specialised nutrition, and plant-based products.
