Brenntag Expands South Korea Presence with Woojin Trading Acquisition

Brenntag, the global leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, has signed an agreement to acquire Woojin Trading Co., Ltd., a speciality chemicals distributor headquartered in Anyang, South Korea.

The planned acquisition strengthens Brenntag's presence in South Korea's dynamic beauty and personal care market. Customers of the combined business will benefit from enhanced formulation expertise, advanced in-house laboratory capabilities, and a broader portfolio of speciality ingredients.
