BCI Group has opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for polyurethane systems in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in the company’s global expansion strategy.
Located in Riyadh’s Second Industrial City, the new BCI Arabia plant spans 10,000m² and boasts an initial production capacity of 60 kT/year. The facility operates with fully automated systems and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by emphasising industrial development and sustainability.
The plant will supply materials for various industries, including automotive, piping, HVAC systems, household appliances, and insulation. In commitment to sustainability, the facility uses non-toxic materials and advanced technologies designed to reduce energy consumption by up to 60%.
