BASF Aroma Ingredients' revolutionary biotechnology brand, Isobionics®, is introducing a new natural flavour product to the market. Isobionics® Natural alpha-Farnesene 95 is the most recent addition to the company's natural flavour ingredient line for lime flavouring applications.

Isobionics® Natural alpha-Farnesene 95 has a vegetable odour, beginning with a celery note and progressing to a sappy, plant stem-like note and fruit skin. At 10 ppm, the flavour is sappy, slightly floral, with waxy apple/pear skin, citrus, white flower, and ocimene overtones.

With over 95% purity. Isobionics® Natural Alpha-Farnesene 95 is an excellent choice for lime oil applications.
