Azelis and Imerys Strengthen Partnership with New Distribution Agreement Across Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans
Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the speciality chemicals and food ingredients industry, has announced the expansion of its partnership with Imerys, a global leader in mineral-based specialities. Effective 1 December 2026, Azelis will broaden its distribution agreement to cover Imerys products for plastics, adhesives and sealants, and paints and coatings across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Building on five years of successful collaboration across the UK, Türkiye, and parts of the Middle East and Africa, the new agreement extends the partnership into additional markets. It enhances Azelis’ regional portfolio while giving customers access to a wider range of formulation solutions backed by local technical expertise.
Customers across a broader geographic area will gain access to Imerys’ portfolio, supported by local technical expertise, reliable logistics, regional stock availability throughout Europe and the Middle East, and formulation assistance from Azelis’ laboratories.
Imerys will expand its presence across Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans by leveraging Azelis’ extensive customer network, strong local reach, and technical capabilities.
Azelis enhances its Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers (CASE) and Advanced Materials and Additives (AM&A) portfolios with complementary mineral-based solutions, reinforcing its product offering across the region.
