Axxence Strengthens Global Footprint with Acquisition of U.S. Flavor Firm Purely Natural

Natural aroma ingredients supplier Axxence has announced its acquisition of Purely Natural, a Florida-based producer of natural flavor ingredients. This strategic move marks a significant step in Axxence’s broader expansion across the U.S. and reinforces its commitment to bolstering commercial capabilities and market influence in North America.

Under the terms of the deal, Axxence will assume full control of Purely Natural’s operations, intellectual property, shareholding structure, and customer portfolio. The acquisition is positioned to enhance synergies across sourcing, innovation, and client servicing—pillars central to Axxence’s global growth strategy.

As part of the integration, Bob Kleinhenz, the president and CEO of Purely Natural, will transition into a key leadership role within Axxence, joining as commercial executive vice president. Expressing his enthusiasm for the move,
