Adhesives Specialist Shuts German Facility, Moves Foam & Sealant Production

German adhesives specialist Bostik plans to close its Schwepnitz branch by the end of 2025, with production gradually shifting to other sites. Polyurethane foam will be moved to Romania's Buftea, while silicone activities will be transferred to Germany's Borgholzhausen site and the Netherlands' Oosterhout. The company has not disclosed the number of affected employees.
