Saint-Gobain formed a definitive agreement to acquire FOSROC, a privately owned global construction chemicals company, for $1,025 million (approximately €960 million) in cash. After several company's acquisition since 2021, this decision is a new strategic step in establishing Saint-Gobain's global presence in construction chemicals. The combined sales of the company will be €6.2 billion across 73 countries after the acquisition.
