As part of its global expansion strategy, BCI announced the inauguration of its new plant in Riyadh's Second Industrial City. This facility is a significant milestone for the company that specializes in polyurethane systems, polyester polyols, and specialty adhesives. It reaffirms the company's commitment to industrial development and sustainability in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
BCI’s new plant spans 10,000 square meters, with plans for further expansion in the near future. The facility features fully automated operations, the first in Saudi Arabia and the region. With an initial production capacity of 40,000 tons annually, the capacity is set to increase to 60,000 tons in the second phase by next year. The plant produces materials for various industries such as automotive, piping, HVAC systems, household appliances, and insulation materials.
“This plant is not merely an industrial facility but a testament to our vision of integrating global expertise with local innovation to build a bright future for the kingdom,” said Hassan Baalbaki, the company’s group managing director.
